Regarding siruart.blogspot.com copyrights issues
I (lord hexter) legal advisor of siruarts.blogspot.com recently found out that another blogger has ripped off a caricature done by my client and edited it to fit his/her desired manner. I condemned the act and advised the blogger to remove it, because it was violating copyrights law and the user and content agreement he/she has signed upon acquiring a blogger account.
It was neither a threat nor a warning. Unfortunately some people just can’t believe the fact that it is true and it’s a bad on the other side.
Regarding Mr. Simon Shareef’s comment about this issue I would like to point out I’m not a law “student” like Simon claims. I was a practicing lawyer long before I got here. Simon just can’t stand me and he seems to base everything he writes upon his understanding assuming that it’s the correct ideology.
Regarding the matter Simon pointed out. By the time I came across the article siru posted, Simon has commented on it and also sent a text to siru not to publish the comment he made. I did appreciate what Simon did at that moment.
Regarding hate speech, anything which is reported will not be counted as hate speech for which it is not the view if the blogger. If it is most of the news agencies and news channels would be shut down.
Just because we don’t believe what some people believe that does not mean the people who could not digest our views should give a blind eye to the fact that their friend did actually violated the terms.
I’m not threatening even though some people would take it upon themselves.
Ps: someone just can’t digest the fact that his friend’s legal advisor is the very person he just can’t stand.

exactly, simon is always over his head, some ppl just cant prove their point thats why they feel threatened. simon is the seer of things lol he predicts and writes and it better be correct or he'd make it lol pathetic simon
this is written very lawyeristicly. so i believe that you were once a very Maldivian lawyer. but what you have described comes under the fair use of the copyright law, which this country has not yet implemented. so sorry as a practicing judge and also a part time god, i have to tell you that your argument is very immature and you have no case.

pethatic!! do you know anything abt jurisdiction the blogger agreement is a us base agreement and u signed not to breach it, imagine if you agreed on us soil that u'd not do something to their property and breached it, wouldnt that be an offense???
as a close friend of lord hexter, it would be a lie to say he's legal career was fixed to maldives. while several European and Asian cases have been won by him..
